Update: The Pollinator Protection Act, which prohibits the unrestricted use of neonicotinoid-containing products, will go into effect January 1, 2018. Maryland Governor Larry Hogan chose not to veto the bill. This nationally groundbreaking law is an important step in protecting pollinators and our food supply.
